Changing souls in Africa through sustainable employment.

SoulShooz was started by the Sole Sisters, three friends who wanted to celebrate their culture (Zulu) and share it with the world. Sisi is a Humanities Graduate and entrepreneur. Noxolo is a Finance Graduate and retail finance specialist and Sisana is a Digital Brand Communications specialist, and is an advocate for sustainable branding.

We are 3, female, social entrepreneurs who are trying to create a brand that is driven by social impact. Sisi’s big vision is to, by 2024 have a Soulshooz factory that will create sustainable employment for the youth and young adult population of South Africa. With the unemployed levels of 32.6% and youth unemployment reaching record highs of 46.3% in 2021, it is our aim to change these statistics. We want to bring employment closer to the people, up-skill people and put pride back into vulnerable communities of Johannesburg and Durban. Our purpose is to create a brand that is honest, meaningful and celebrated internationally.
