What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We make use of 3rd party local courier companies. Shipping takes between 2-7 working days. Once package is handed over to the courier companies, we cannot assure delivery times. Please use your tracking information to contact the courier company.

We use 3rd party courier companies, we therefore will not be held responsible for failed, missed, lost or damaged deliveries. Once the package has left our facilities, you (receiver/customer/buyer) will be sent tracking information, and it is the responsibility of the receiver/customer/buyer to maintain or follow up communicate with the courier regarding the package. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. We make use of companies such as  DHL or FEDEX and UPS. Once payment has been received, and product has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Please note, that custom and import duties are not included in the shipping costs. This means that you may be subject to additional charges depending on your location (country dependant).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Shipping with in SA takes 2-7 working days. 


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all South African orders through PayFast, our secure payment provider of choice.

Through PayFast, payments can be made using a credit card, cheque card or InstantEFT.  You will be redirected to the PayFast website during checkout to select your preferred method.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We can’t speak for all online sites, but the SoulShooz website is safe and secure. For your safety online, all payments are made through PayFast.

How do I place an Order?

Making a purchase is easy.  

  • Select the item/s you wish to purchase.
  • Click ‘Add to Cart’
  • Follow the prompts on screen to check out and complete the transaction.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have placed a customer order, unfortunately you will not be able to cancel it. We thereafter encourage you to make sure before confirming your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not. However, as an account holder, you will be notified first of any specials and sales that we might have.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order has been confirmed, you will be sent a tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your package. Once you receive your tracking number, simply insert it into the Order Tracking page.

How Can I Return a Product?

Once we receive your returned product, we will do a full quality check. Once this has been completed (and accepted), we will process your refund. No returns  will not be accepted after 30 days after purchasing your item. We do regret to inform you that all accepted refund will be less a 5% of the original payment due to administration fees. Refunds will be done as quickly as possible and can take between 7-14 days to reflect on your side. Please see our Exchange Policy for more.
