Product Exchange

Our exchange policy means that you will have to cover the cost of shipping which is R130, we will then send you a waybill that needs to be printed do that the courier company can collect (unfortunately they will not be able to collect without the waybill), once the shooz arrive to us, we will inspect them to make sure they are in the original state, and then we will re-dispatch a new pair. Please make sure you let use know in the comment box which collection time slot and date works for you:  9am-12pm or 12pm-4pm? Collections can only be made 48 after delivery eg, if your package is delivered on Monday, and you want to return in, please book for collection on Wednesday. No collections are made on the weekend.

Example: Please collect on Wednesday between 9am-12pm.

Please note that we can only collect from the original delivery address.
