Johannesburg, Gauteng.— 01 July, 2022 – SoulShooz was named this year’s Green Innovator at the 7th Annual Green Youth Indaba 2022. After an intense learning and pitching process, they were selected to pitch their idea (SOULSHOOZ) to a panel of green investors and partners.
Some truly amazing ideas were presented, but in the end, SoulShooz Founder, Sisi Nxumalo, got the green light for her innovative business idea.
“We have worked really hard on developing a green brand, and we are so pleased that the panellists were able to see that.” said Founder, Sisi Nxumalo. “We continue to look for innovative and suitable collaborations so that we can offer one of the most sustainable shooz on the market.”
The prize was awarded by the Green Youth Indaba, and consists of R250 000 worth of innovation incubation support and mentoring.
“We’re really proud of this one,” said Nxumalo. “This will have a positive impact on our business and people.”
